"I joined Breeze as I wanted to find people to go out cycling with as I was struggling with social anxiety and had just lost my grandad. I wanted a way to make friends and ride my bike, I soon got hooked and decided to become a ride leader.
It is such a friendly community, the rides are always so welcoming and friendly, there is never any cliques like you get in some clubs, they are just all likeminded ladies who want to have fun on their bikes.
It has helped me massively to overcome my social anxiety and I have become the area coordinator for Cornwall and Devon, I really love Breeze and everything that is has done for me!"

"I joined Sweaty Mama because I loved the idea of a group I could enjoy with my children: exercise and kids is brilliant. And also because right from the beginning of our journey Rowan (the instructor) was an absolutely lovely lady, never once pushed for me to join but in fact filled me with confidence to come out of my comfort zone and do something for myself.
I honestly can say that being a part of this community is amazing it's been amazing for me and my girls to be a part of such a friendly group and amazing instructor.
It has pushed me to do something not only for my children but for myself. I'm not a lover of your average toddler group, this is perfect for me. I've gained so much from this experience: a love of exercise and enjoying it alongside my ladies is fantastic. Top it off with the loveliest, friendly and all-round beauty of an instructor I couldn't wish for more. I'd recommend Sweaty Mama with Rowan to everyone!"
